Terms and conditions

1. Trading Terms: The following outline the terms and conditions upon which grow 4 it ltd accepts orders for goods and constitutes the agreement between parties. These terms and conditions will supersede any other agreement. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms.
   
   
2. Pricing: grow 4 it ltd reserves the right to change pricing without notice. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items includes any delivery charge unless the buyer requests an alternative delivery method prior to purchase.
   
   
3. Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering. If an alternative delivery address is required the buyer should contact grow 4 it ltd by email or telephone within 2 hours of placing the order. Typically orders are shipped within 28 days. Please note that we can only deliver products within the UK mainland (not including Northern Ireland or R.O I). grow 4 it ltd are not liable for any loss or damage during the course of shipment. This includes accidents, theft, vandalism, labour difficulties, or disputes, weather extremes, other acts of nature, or other circumstances causing a delay in delivery.
   
   
4. Returned Goods: grow 4 it ltd should be notified immediately by phone on 07814 667786 or 01453 755533 followed by written documentation of any claims for shortages, incorrect items, or defects. All returns must be authorised by grow 4 it ltd, please contact grow 4 it ltd to request authorisation to return, information, or clarification of our policies. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
   
   
5. Payment Terms: Delivery of goods will only be undertaken once full payment for goods and delivery has been received.
   
   
6. Liability: grow 4 it ltd is not liable for property damage, personal injury or economic loss caused by the product. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms and conditions, grow 4 it ltd makes no representations or warranties with respect to any materials provided.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability: grow 4 it ltd liability is limited to repair, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. No warranties apply to products that have been misused or improperly maintained.
   
   
8. Indemnification: Buyer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their use and handling of any grow 4 it ltd product.
   
   
9. Governing Law: Any order placed or contract made with grow 4 it ltd shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
